As Sydney and many parts of Australia are in lockdown, my workshop is open for business and I am servicing and tuning accordions without any major problems. Some of you will have met me at my previous workplace - KJ Music in Prospect. I have now left working there to concentrate on Reedworks full time. It is not possible to make personal contact with deliveries, but I am working at full pace with plenty of inquiries from lots of accordion players.
The good news for you is I am able to turnaround your repairs much quicker now! I am still doing warranty repairs for Hohner and KJ Music. However, it is best to contact me via email or phone to arrange pickup and delivery. For those in Sydney, pickups and drop-offs will be available after the lockdowns ease - but by appointment only please.
Otherwise, it is no trouble to send and receive your accordion via courier. For small or urgent repairs I will always try and fit you in between bigger jobs. I understand you are keen to have you instrument back playing well and in tune.
Don't forget I can also help you out with any accordion purchases you would like to make. The Castagnari accordions are beautifully made and play like a dream. Or if you are interested in a piano or chromatic button accordion I can get them custom made for you, exactly how you want it. It saves you time to do it this way, you know!
